When does my rental begin and end?


Your access to the room begins at the time that your reservation starts. Please ensure that you allow enough time prior to your event start time for any set-up that you may need. Additionally, your time in the room ends at the end time of your reservation. Please be respectful of other guests who may have access and the staff who may need to clean or re-set the room at the end of your reservation.




When should I book my reservation


We suggest that you book your reservation as early as possible. Rooms often fill up quickly and all bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.




When is my payment due?


Your payment is due at the time of your booking. You will be prompted to pay online once you have chosen your room, time, and date.




Can I cancel my reservation?


Yes. Your reservation can be canceled by calling or emailing us. To receive a refund, your cancelation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start of your event.




Will you set up tables and chairs for my event?


We can set up tables and chairs for you. Please send an email with your set up request at least 48 hours prior to your event.




What is included in my rental?


Our Bear Valley Room includes: 66" Large Screen TV, HDMI, Free Wi-Fi,DVD Player, Tables, Chairs, Linens, Activity Mats, Floor-to-Ceiling Mirror, Refrigerator Access Our Ptarmigan Room includes: White Board, 62" Large Screen TV, DVD Player, HDMI, Free Wi-Fi, Counter with Sink, Tables, Chairs Our Wolverine and Flattop Rooms include: White Board, 36" TV, DVD Player, HDMI, Free Wi-Fi​




Am I responsible to clean up after my event?


We ask that you dispose of any trash and place dirty dishes in the provided dish bins. We will take care of everything else!




Can I decorate the room for my event?


Yes, we allow decorations, but we ask that you do not put holes in the walls or ceiling. We recommend using Command Strips or tape. We also ask that you do not use sequins or glitter for decorations as these are especially difficult to clean up. All decorations must be removed at the end of your event.




Can I bring food to my event?


Yes, you are welcome to bring food to your event.




Are there kitchen facilities available for my event?


We have a small shared kitchen that you may use for small amounts of food prep or clean up. There is also a refrigerator available in the Bear Valley Room.




What about alcohol?


We cannot allow alcohol on the premises.




How do I book a room?


Just click the "Book Now" button and follow the prompts to book your room immediately. No forms to fill out. No waiting for a response!




What are you doing to meet the current guidelines regarding COVID-19?


We have made several adjustments to allow for meetings of up to 30 people within the current Municipality of Anchorage guidelines. We have limited the capacity size in each of our rooms to allow the recommended distancing. We have reduced the prices on our larger rooms in order to make it more affordable to rent a space with enough room for social distancing. We have created a 30-minute buffer between all bookings to allow for proper cleaning before each event. Handwashing facilities are close to each room and well-stocked at all times. We are only using disposable paper products for coffee, tea, and water. We are only taking payments online. You may still book your event by email or phone, but you will be sent an invoice which needs to be paid online. We will be staffing only as needed for reserved events. All current prices and capacity limits are listed in red on our website.
